I am going to explain what makes a Good Myspace Profile Design, the areas I will be concentrating on are high tech graphic profiles, usually bands, games, models, groups. Personal profiles sometimes like to have a good looking profile too but the main aim is to the ones mentioned above.

What You Need For A Myspace Profile Design

In order to produce a good looking Myspace Profile Design you will need to hire a Myspace Profile Designer most of the time, however there are ways you can make it look good without one, there are lots of DIY Editors online which are good if you are just wanting a simple good looking design. However when you are wanting to stand out from the crowd a Myspace Designer or some Experience in Myspace Design will be required.

What Makes A Good Myspace Profile Design?

In order to set you in the right direction I am going to tell you what makes a good Custom Myspace Design, the following should be included:

• Basic Links such as - Home, Add, Message, Comment and Block.
• Try to design your Myspace Design around you.
• Use Colours that match you specifically but keep it user friendly, don't use colours that would strain the users eyes.
• If you have Graphic Experience then create your own Images for your Myspace Profile.
• Effective use of HTML and CSS to separate Design from Content.

What Makes a Bad Myspace Profile Design?

In order to set you in the right direction I am going to tell you what makes a bad Custom Myspace Design, the following should not be included:

• Stop ways of interaction - no add, message or comment options without these people cannot interact with you, which begs the question what are you doing on a social network website if you do not want to interact?
• Have links that are hard to read due to colour, size, hovers which hover to the same colour as your background.
• Graphics that are just too harsh on the eyes, do not go too crazy with your design/graphics or people will just click off your profile.
• DO NOT jam pack your Myspace Profile Design with things, some profiles have so much on it's ridiculous, not only does it cause the profile to stall in loading but it looks terrible. Try to have a nice clean Myspace Design.
• Do not hide the Block Link/Button. This is important!
• Do Not Hide The Myspace Banner/Advertisements. This is important!
• Do not hide the footer links. This is important!

The last 3 bullet points are extremely important, you are supposed to leave these on the Myspace Profile, according to the Myspace Terms of Service these must stay in tact. Any Profile without these in tact may get a warning or simply band without warning!
