Here you can find questions that have being commonly asked or questions which I think may be helpful to you.

  1. How Do I update my new design?

    2. If it is a website such as Myspace, Tumblr, Youtube or Twitter then in most cases there will be no change to the way you normally update. If it is a custom tab on Facebook however then this is not possible unless a custom CMS (content management system) is in place. Usually the Custom Facebook Tab does not need to be updated often enough for this to be a necessity and I will usually update this for you as and when needed for a small fee. If you do require a lot of updates then please let me know this when ordering your Facebook Design and I will come up with a suitable update plan for you. If you want to update manually then I can come up with a CMS system for you, but please keep in mind this can raise the price due to it being a lot more work and a lot more complicated. If it is a website then it will either be a CMS system, managed by myself on a monthly basis or as and when needed.

  2. Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied?

    3. No, as I do not take any money upfront and I never ask for payment until you are 100% happy with the design! This means you do not need to pay anything until you have seen the design, you can then tell me what revisions need doing and I will then work on them and email you again. I will keep doing this until you are happy with the design. Once you are happy I will ask you to confirm you are 100% satisfied and that by saying yes you agree to finalise this design. Payment will then be due and your design will go online as soon as payment has cleared. Any changes to the design after you have finalised it will have additional costs so please think about the design carefully before finalising it as this will save you money!

  3. Do you offer discounts on multiple purchases?

    4. I certainly do! Please let me know if you plan on buying in bulk / several different designs at once. I will be more than happy to give you a discount and come up with a great package deal for you!

  4. Will you price match other designers?

    5. I certainly will! I want to be your web designer, I want to help you in any way possible while making a living from this myself. I want to be the no.1 go to guy for all things design! If there is someone out there doing it at a better price than me then you are probably living in a fantasy world...just joking! but seriously if there is anyone willing to do it at a better rate than what I do then let me know. If you can prove this I will price match that designer / company but not only will I price match it, I will beat it by 10% of the difference! This applies to UK prices only.

  5. Do you offer after support?

    6. I sure do! Usually I will give after support for free for the first few weeks after a design has being completed. This is a little extra service that I give to you. Should Myspace update their code and make your new design render out of place I will be on it as fast as you can say BOO! - No but really, I will try to fix this for you as soon as possible. In the old days Myspace did this and all hell broke lose however today it seems to be better, whenever they update it is not usually major and can usually be tweaked very easily. Please be aware that I can not give free after support 24 / 7 though, I would need to charge for any future updates. I will always be around to talk to and give helpful advice but any work will need to be paid for.
