Myspace Design Process

To give you the best idea of what goes on when you purchase a Myspace Design from us we have produced this page as a guide for you. For your convenience we have supplied a diagram for you and also a text version. See below.

Please understand that this is a guide only and it may be slightly different for each client, there may be more drafts for one client than another.

Myspace Design Process - Detailed

Below is a detailed description of each stage in the Myspace Design Process.

Stage 1- Order Form:
The client fills in the order form filling in as much details as possible, the more details the easier it will be to get the Myspace Layout how you want.

Stage 2 - Confirmation Email:
A Myspace Designer will get in touch with you once the order form has being received. This email will be to confirm we have received your order and that we will be working on your project soon, we may ask you a few more questions first depending on how well you filled in the order form.

Stage 3 - Collect Assets:
This stage is the preparation for the Myspace Design. We will ask you for anything you want including in the Myspace Layout. Such as images, videos, links to other websites and possibly content (we can always ask for this at the end).

Stage 4 - Design Sketch:
Once stage 2 is complete we will begin a sketch, this will be very basic to get the idea of what you like, where you want things on the myspace profile and may contain very basic graphics sometimes. This stage is a sketch only so it is very important to think of it as a plan and not a draft. This stage is really to verify that we have understood each other.

Stage 5 - Draft 1:
This is a very important stage as it will begin the Design of the Myspace Profile. This is the big step for us as it is the first idea, when we believe it is at a stage to show you this draft we will email you and await feedback. If you like it then we will continue working on this Design and make any amendments that you have requested.

Stage 6 - Draft 2:
If you do not like the first draft then we will start again from scratch thus making a second draft, we will do the same as the first draft and await your feedback again. We will do this up to 3 Drafts, if you do not like a design after that then you will pay nothing and we will have to terminate work as we will of not met your requirements. We are confident that this will not happen.

Stage 7 - Final Design:
Once all drafts and amendments are complete and you are satisfied with the Myspace Design we will ask you to confirm that this is the design you want to use. We will make sure you want no more changes in the Design and then we will ask for payment. Once payment has being processed this finalizes the Design and a refund is no longer available. Please make sure any amendments have being requested before this stage.

Stage 8 - Coding:
This is the final stage, once payment has being received we then move on to the actual coding of the Myspace Layout. No more changes are allowed to be made at this stage so please request these changes before Stage 7. Should you need any more changes after this stage then a small fee of £10 per change may be charged, to save yourself money request all changes before Stage 7. Once coding is complete we will amend your Myspace Profile to the new design. We will do this for you or supply the code for you to do it, should you choose us to do this for you then we will need the following two things:

• Myspace Account Login Details - We recommend creating a temporary password.
• Photobucket Account Login Details - Again we recommend a temporary password.

We recommend a temporary password so that we do not know your default password, even though your information is safe with us we would like you to do this.

Stage 9 - Test Run:
This stage we simply check that everything looks how it should be. We also ask that you update the content of the new Myspace Design to make sure that you have understood what you are supposed to do should the updating be different to normal (instructions provided if this is the case). If updating is the default way then none of this will be required but we will still be around to make sure the Myspace Design is looking how it should.

Stage 10 - Complete:
This stage everything should of being checked, if there was any problems we will of looked into it and fixed it. Your Myspace Design will now be complete!
